Crown & Anchor, London
NLD was invited to design the external lighting for the Crown & Anchor Pub in Brixton. The aim of the design was to communicate the pub's new offer as a 'craft beer and cider house', to make the venue an easy to find destination along Brixton Hill and to blend with the stripped back interior design. After investigating several options the solution was to go for a minimum lighting scheme but with vintage illuminated signage fitted with LEDs for longevity and ease of maintenance.
