Le Pain Quotidien is a chain of boulangerie artisan bakery restaurants.

Working with Kate Wilkins Lighting Designers, we were initially engaged to undertake a review of the standard approach to their restaurant lighting, we then developed a new strategy which was rolled out across all new sites and refurbishments, including Covent Garden, Westfield Shopping Centre, Borough Market and Victoria.
